Approached in the parking lot of Northern Lights shopping mall on Cleveland Avenue by someone claiming to be an elections official. When caller indicated that he inteded to vote for Obama, the man said he had absentee ballots with him and could take the caller's vote on the spot. The caller filled out a mock presidential ballot, signed his name and gave the last four digits of his social security number and was told his vote was valid and that he did not need to go to the polling place to vote on Nov. 4.
